When you book parking, request a car recovery, contact us or sign up for updates, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, postal address and, for car recovery, your vehicle registration.

How we use it

We use your details to process and confirm your booking, send your parking receipt by email, let you into the car park, arrange car recovery and reply to your enquiries.

Payments

Online payments are taken by Worldpay on their secure payment pages. Credit card details are not stored by us under any circumstances.

Marketing

When making a booking with us you agree to allow us to contact you with any offers or updates either by email, phone or otherwise. You may opt out of receiving any information by contacting us at [email protected] so we can remove your details from our database. Please note if you do opt out then in the event you make a further booking you will need to notify us to opt out again.
