Yes. The payment processing of your car parking booking is totally safe. Online payments are taken using World Pay, which is a highly reputable and secure payment provider.
If you are unable to pay on-line you can pay the security officer at the entrance to car park directly however please note that entry to the car park will only be allowed on the basis that there are places available.
Your parking receipt will be sent to the email address provided in your order. You will need this to gain entrance to the car park so please bring this with you.
Your parking receipt will be emailed to you within 24 hours of payment being received. However, if your event starts in less than 3 days’ time you will receive your parking receipt within 1-2 hour of placing your booking.
In the event that you do no recieve your booking confirmation by email you can use the World Pay Reciept as your enterance voucher and hand this to security on the gate.
We are happy to provide a refund for order cancellations if they are made more than 24 hours in advance of any scheduled event. This regrettably will be subject to a £5 administration fee.
Reservations submitted for an incorrect date will also be subject to a £5 administration fee.
We are unable to provide refunds for events due to start within 24 Hours.

No. Spaces are generally designated on a first come first served basis. We will provide a parking space within our car park area but cannot guarantee a designated space.
However special arrangements could be requested. Please email the company if you have a special requirement and we will do our utmost to assist you.
Full directions to our Car Park are provided on our web site and on you receipt so please bring this with you. Alternatively please click on the "get directions" tab just below the map and enter your post code. You can then print of exact directions to our car park. Use the Google Map on our web site and zoom in for a more detailed map.
Our car park will open 3 Hours before the game and or event is to start and will close promptly 2 Hours after the final whistle is blown or once an event has ended.
Please note that in the unlikely event that you were unable to collect your vehicle before closing time then subject to availability you will need to contact our security department to request an officer to reopen the car park however this cannot be guaranteed. This may also be subject to an additional fee which will need to be paid beforehand. If a security officer is not available for whatever reason then the car park will be open during normal working hours being Monday to Friday 9am to 5 30pm where your vehicle can be collected.
If your car is left overnight then this will be at your risk entirely and under no circumstances will the company be liable for any damage to your vehicle howsoever caused.
The registration number on your booking form will be the vehicle that will be authorised to park in our car park however if this is to change you must email the company THREE HOURS BEFORE you travel to register the new vehicle details. A larger vehicle such as a van will be denied access if your parking receipt is for a car. In very exceptional circumstances access may be allowed however two times the correct vehicle fee will be payable on the day. Access will be at the sole discretion of the security officer on duty at the entrance of the car park.

Unfortunately not. As the ground is only 400 metres from the car park the facilities available are the ones at the football stadium.
All customers entering our car park/premises by themselves or with others and or with any type of vehicle do so entirely at their own risk. The company and or any of its personnel whether connected parties or otherwise are in no way liable for any damage, loss or theft or otherwise howsoever caused to your vehicle and or person.
The person making the booking hereby confirms that they will fully indemnify and keep fully indemnified the company and or any of its personnel whether contracted, employed and or otherwise in any way connected with the company, against all costs, charges and expenses howsoever incurred in the event of any issues or claims arising.
By confirming your booking and or paying the entrance fee you are deemed to accept our terms and conditions in their entirety.
